Exchange and Return Policy

Eligibility for Exchange and Return
 
-Please note that items purchased on price markdown/discounts are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.
- We accept returns within the 7 days period from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Unfortunately, we do not offer exchange as the product(s) are limited edition.
 
Return
 
- If you decide to return an item, please contact our customer service at info@rnwey.com or on our WhatsApp number to initiate the refund process on meeting the set criteria.
- The refund will only be processed once the product is received and inspected at the warehouse.
- The amount will be refunded excluding any shipping fees or taxes, within 15 to 20 working days after the refund is approved.
 
Return Shipping
 
- On the account of return, the customer will bare all costs that will incur in the process of return.
